OVERVIEW
As a Senior Marketing Specialist and graphic designer, I wear various hats across marketing, graphic design, and website design.
I create, plan, and manage all content for social media, email campaigns, and property listing websites. I design all marketing collateral, such as: Interactive PDFs (Offering Memorandums and Broker Opinion of Values), postcards, brochures, and market reports. Writing press releases and expanding the press contact list is also one of my latest projects.
The property search engine (PSE) on the website didn't integrate well with Squarespace, so I became the project manager for building a new website in Wordpress. Another issue with their old website was SEO- I'm using SemRush to improve rankings.
So far, I've doubled the engagement rate and CTR on LinkedIn in 5 months and improved average Google position by 5 points and CTR from 2.6% to 3.8%
